At Ramesh Wine Store, we aim to ensure that all products supplied reach our customers in good condition and meet their expectations. Please read this policy carefully to understand your rights and our procedures.
1. Order Cancellation
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, provided that:
- The order has not been processed or dispatched
- The product is not classified as non-returnable or perishable

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange subject to the following conditions:
- You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Products must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging with invoice
Refunds or exchanges will be processed only after inspection of the returned items.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- A defective product
- An item delivered in error
Please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. In such cases:
- We will arrange a replacement or refund
- Return shipping costs will be borne by us
4. Return Shipping Responsibility
- Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product
- We recommend securely packaging all returns to avoid damage during transit
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving and verifying the returned product(s)
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

7. Return Instructions
To ensure smooth processing:

- Exchange requests must be made within 7 working days of delivery
- Customers bear the return shipping cost unless the product is defective or incorrect
- If the replacement product costs less, the difference will be refunded
- If the replacement product costs more, the balance amount must be paid
9. Order Changes
You may request changes to your order before receiving order confirmation. Once the order is processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible.
10. Non-Returnable Items
